Go to the 'Projects' section and open a project.
Click on 'Calendar' and select 'Sync Calendar' at the top.
Choose 'Connect' next to Outlook and authorize the connection.
Once connected, click 'Sync Calendar' again and toggle if you'd like to include existing tasks, then click 'Save'.
To add a new task, click on a specific date, enter the task name, and save it.
Assign the task to yourself to ensure it appears in your Outlook Calendar and adjust dates as needed.
