Hello Frac Crew,

I know that Birria Tacos have been a craze on Youtube for a while. I never got the chance to make them, but once I got the meat from Martin Beef I knew it was the perfect time. Traditionally Birria is made with Goat or Lamb, but we didn't have access to that. Plus if you know my wife she is boring and would never try that. Haha.

This is a mouth watering dish that was so much simpler than I originally thought. After getting all of the ingredients together its nice to be able to set and forget. When I first saw the Quesa Tacos I new that was the version I wanted to try. Full of beef and cheese?? Yes, please!
