Masae Ueno is a retired Japanese female judoka, she competed in -70 kg weight category where she won pretty much every major competition, she is 2-time Olympic and 2-time World Champion on top of that she is 4-time Asian Champion. Masae Ueno is one of only 5 female judokas to win 2 Olympic gold medals. Her main throwing arsenal consisted of O Uchi/O Soto/Ko Uchi Gari and Sode Tsurikomi Goshi, as many of Japanese female judokas she also had solid transitions into pinning techniques.
