Leviathan's lair on corruption level 10 is currently the hardest level in Scarlet Tower (version 0.9.2).
This is different from the previous video with Allure, because Ninn does not seem to require air bubbles to survive in Leviathan's Lair. There is still the World Eater chasing Ninn across the map, and will instakill on touch.
