Zero Gravitas is a Yoga Channel run by Andreas Stradis. Andreas's aim is to help you cultivate a sense of lightness and ease in your daily life through a wide range of yoga practices. Believing that yoga is, and should be, accessible for all, Andreas hopes to inspire and motivate through his content and his offerings, whether you are just curious, a beginner, or an advanced practitioner of many years. A former endurance athlete (from Ironman to ultra marathon runner), Andreas is particularly mindful of the need to bring yoga to hard-working humans.

Andreas holds a PhD in history, having received degrees from Oxford, the LSE, and Bristol, and seeks to weave his knowledge of Eastern and Western Philosophy into his teaching, in a clear and approachable manner. He has undertaken a total of over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, in Zürich (Switzerland), Bali (Indonesia), and London (UK), teaching at various studios before finally settling into his own, self-directed, largely online teaching.
