In this video i will tell you how to calculate the grain/crystallite size by using origin software. I used the sherrer formula in which main variable is the Full width at Half Maximum (FWHM) and by using this formula we can only calculate the crystallite size not particle size. There is difference between particle size and crystallite size. I will make video on that.
