Yoga Toes - wear 30 minutes or more at a time. Wear as long as can tolerate. Though you can walk around a little on them, they are made to wear sitting or lying down.

Custom Toe Spacers - combine the two putties as directed. Shape the spacer(s) to your foot.

Active Spacer - one that you can wear in shoes, especially when being active with more lateral and rotational movement. This one will be a mild to moderate spacer, bringing your big toe back toward alignment, around 50%.

Rest Spacer - this one is bigger than the active. It’s not meant to fit into a shoe. It will be more uncomfortable over time. It should bring your toe back toward alignment by 50-75%. You want to wear this as often as possible when not on feet, as long as can tolerate. Sleeping with it is recommended. It might wake you up. If so, take it off and go back to sleep.

You can gradually increase the size of these spacers over time if you like.
