She is the creator and host of “Psycho Therapist: The Podcast,” is a licensed psychotherapist, coach, and nutritionist in private practice; she specializes in treating complex trauma, high conflict families, and anxiety.

Renée's homebase is Sonoma County, California, where she lives with her husband and son, and she travels to see clients in Los Angeles, New York City, and San Diego. In addition to weekly therapy sessions, Renée works via multi-day intensives for individuals, couples, and groups that focus on holistic healing. When she isn't working or cooking, she can be found fawning over her Canine-American soulmate, Chili.
