The Shadow of the Gods by John Gwynne is our introduction to the new trilogy called The Bloodsworn Saga. The Shadow of the Gods had a tall order to fill when being comapred to John Gwynne's other first entries such as Malice and A Time of Dread. It exceeded all of my expectations and has me so excited for a book 2 in the BloodSworn Saga. The Shadow of the Gods is something special and I'm so glad to be able to read this early and give you my no spoiler thoughts and review.
