SUMMER MATERNITY CAPSULE WARDROBE 2023 | How to save money and buy the right pregnancy clothes

With this being my second pregnancy I finally figured out how to buy a pregnancy maternity capsule wardrobe. I will share my tips in this video and the blog post below, but here are a few of the most important ones:

1 - know what to buy in "maternity" versus just regular in a larger size. Yes, you do need some maternity clothes!
2 - don't be afraid of the belly band. The only way you'll be able to wear shorts or pants is with a belly band because it can stretch out and come back in. If you just buy large pants, you'll stretch them out and make them unwearable in the future. Plus they are too tight in the lower abdomen which makes them uncomfortable.
3 - keep postpartum in mind. Make sure to buy clothes that are breastfeeding friendly, and that can still stretch with your during the months it takes for your belly to go back down.
