This video should provide a starting point in trying to diagnose a GMC fan mode selection issue. My 2000 Blazer always blows air out of the dash vents. This video demonstrates how the vacuum actuators work to divert air from the vents to the footwells as well as to the defrost vent. In the next video, I will test the vacuum to ensure that I have sufficient vacuum to the actuators. Ultimately I believe that I'll have to replace the upper actuator, as I believe that it is faulty.
