Ingredients
1/2 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
100g oyster mushrooms
160g pasta
500ml water
1 pouch of dashi stock*
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin

spring onion
dried seaweed

*if you are vegetarian, substitute with vegetable stocks.
