Day 54 of my realistic weight-loss journey. 🌿
Still eating normal food, focusing on portion control, and living life without guilt.
No strict plans — just balance, mindfulness, and consistency.

Here’s my full day eating 👇



☀️ BREAKFAST

• Garlic roti
• Paneer butter curry
• 1 cup of tea

Benefits:
• Paneer → protein + healthy fats
• Garlic roti → flavour + carbs for energy
• Balanced and satisfying start to the day


🍽 LUNCH

• Tomato rice (approx. 200g)
• Baked kingfish

Benefits:
• Tomato rice → comfort food with controlled portion
• Kingfish → rich in protein & omega fatty acids (good for heart & skin)
• Simple Kerala meal = satisfying + nourishing




🌙 DINNER (Outside Food / Shared Meal)

• Pasta + Chicken wings (shared portion)
• Mango lassi (shared)

We went out for dinner and enjoyed a shared meal at a restaurant.
Even on outings, I focus on portion control — not eating full servings, but tasting everything mindfully.
Food is part of life, and enjoying outside meals occasionally is perfectly okay 💛
