The team analysed the networking experiences of different businesses to explore the relationship between strategic networking and business performance within Norfolk Network through quantitative and qualitative research methods. Hamza examined the impact of active engagement and digital networking on small businesses, while Sisi investigated the impact of external factors on the networking behaviour of businesses. The research has also provided new insights into how different stakeholders in the business world benefit from Norfolk Network and its influences on the local community.
