We stayed at the Parjatan Motel during our Rangamati visit and I would like to share my food experience with you guys.

On our very first day we ordered breakfast as per our requirement. We were 5 people in total and the per head the bill was 100 taka. We had paratha, egg omelette, mixed veggies, daal and tea. The price is slightly higher than regular bangla restaurants but the food is worth every penny. In the evening we saw that they were taking preparation for live bbq. Per head the price was 300 taka which included quarter chicken bbq piece, two parathas, mixed veggies, raita, soft drink and water. We really loved the raita. Chicken pieces were succulent. The whole package was fulfilling. For our next day’s breakfast (included with our room rent) we got khichuri, egg curry, begun bhaja, juice, tea, etc. I personally loved the begun bhaja as it was crispy fried. Khichuri was somewhat ok and it went decent with the egg curry. Can’t get over the begun bhaji! For dinner we ordered plain rice, beef curry and daal. Beef curry was 400 taka but the portion was enough for two people. Daal was 50 taka and it tasted heavenly.

I heard many mixed reviews on Parjatan but my personal experience was great.
