Have you ever contemplated the potential hidden within your contrasting and occasionally perplexing experiences? Drawing from her own diverse interdisciplinary background, EKATERINA DROZDOVA highlights the significance of a unique phenomenon she refers to as ”subcultural fusion.“

Through her talk, EKATERINA allows the audience to recognize the value of their own unique backgrounds and the insights they can bring to the table. The concept of ”subcultural fusion“ suggests that the audience could forge deeper connections with others, inspire creative thinking, and unleash their capacity for innovative problem-solving. Ekaterina Drozdova is the Director of Community at 2041 Hong Kong, a youth-led organisation that strives to build a community seeking to inspire, advocate, and catalyse change for sustainability and climate action. She is also a Communication Advisor at the University of Hong Kong’s Centre for Applied English Studies.
