The REAL Experience Visiting The Pyramids of Giza, Egypt 🇪🇬 (My Honest Opinion)

Finally, the day had come to visit Egypts most famous site, the Pyramids of Giza! Perhaps even the most famous site in the world! As we entered the area where the pyramids are located we immediately had many encounters with people selling tours. After dodging many of them we got close to the pyramids and they are absolutely incredible to see with your own eyes.

After being blown away by the majestic look of the pyramids we decided to take a camel ride with a local guide named Abdel. He was amazing and showed us all the incredible locations where we could see the pyramids and take some good pictures.

A lot of videos on YouTube are about scams that take place in this area. Personally I haven’t encountered any people that were trying to scam us. I always think that if you agree on a price and you are happy with it it’s not a scam. People like Abdel are there to make a living and work very hard to support their families. Life in Egypt isn’t always easy as I have seen during my visit here. So if you visit Egypt just think of where your money will go after you have spend it. This obviously counts for any country you visit. With your visit and spending you will support the local people who are in a lot of countries depending on the tourists.

All together it had costs me $30 which includes the entry and camel ride. People come from all over the world and spend thousands of dollars to come and stay in Egypt. I think $30 for this experience is a remarkable good deal.
