The is the story of how General Jimmy "James" Doolittle flew a forgotten series of combat missions after the Doolittle raid during World War II. These were primarily in his service as commander of the 12th Air Force in North Africa with B-17s, B-26s, B-25s, and Vickers Wellingtons of the Royal Air Force. In addition, we will cover his violation of orders with the "Ultra Secret" and how he and General Arthur Vanaman nearly cost the Allies dearly.
