• Yarn used: James C Brett DK yarn Approx. 37g (for 3–6 month size)
• Hook: 3.5 mm crochet hook

Approx gauge: 2in = 5 rows/ 3.5 clustersts with 3.5mm hook/ DK yarn

TO MAKE SMALLER OR BIGGER:
OPTION 1: Make it smaller of bigger by using different hook size (just follow the same pattern):
NB use 2.5mm hook with DK, #3, or 8-ply yarn
0-3M use 3mm hook with DK, #3, or 8-ply yarn
3-6M use 3.5mm hook with DK, #3, or 8-ply yarn
6-12M use 4mm hook with DK, #3, or 8-ply yarn
12-24M use 4.5mm hook with DK, #3, or 8-ply yarn

Option 2: Use standard hat measurements -start w/ width of crown then total length.
✅Width of crown:
Preemie: 3"-3.5" (7.5cm – 9cm)
Newborn to 3mon: 4”-4.5” (10cm – 11.5cm)
3 to 6m: 5" (12.5cm)
6 to 12m: 5.25" (13.5cm)
12 to 24m: 5.5"-6" (14cm – 15.25)
Toddler: 6" (15.25cm)
Child: 6.5" (16.5cm)
Teen/Small Adult: 6.5"-7" (16.5cm – 18cm)
medium Adult: 7"-7.25" (18cm – 18.5cm)
Large Adult: 7.5" (19cm)
XL Adult: 8" (20.25cm)

✅Total Length:
Preemie: 4" (10cm)
Newborn to 3m: 5"-5.5" (12.5cm – 14cm)
3 to 6m: 6” (15cm)
6 to 12m: 6.25" (16cm)
12 to 24m: 6.5"-7" (16cm – 17.5cm)
Toddler: 7"-7.5" (17.5cm – 19cm)
Child: 7.5"-8" (19cm – 20cm)
Teen/Small Adult: 8" (20cm)
Medium Adult: 8.5"(21.5cm)
Large Adult: 8.5”- 9” (21.5cm – 23cm)
XL Adult: 9"-9.5" (23cm – 24cm)

Note: To make this Little Ivy cluster stitch baby hat using standard hat measurements, you will continue to increase following same sequence as the video for the crown until you have the measurement for width of the crown and then continue with row 1 of the body of the hat until you have the total length measurement. Continue pattern for foldable brim and make 3 more rows in same pattern or more depending how wide you want your brim.
