75th Anniversary of the Virgin of Revelation at Tre Fontane Apparitions | EWTN News Nightly

Today in Rome, the faithful celebrated the 75th anniversary of a vision of the Virgin Mary in Rome. It is known as the Virgin of Revelation. Locals also call the apparition, the Virgin of the 3 Fountains because fountains are near where she appeared. In 1947, an Italian man saw the Blessed Virgin several times. 9 years later, Pope Pius XII approved the construction of a chapel on the site. EWTN Vatican Bureau Chief, Andreas Thonhauser, joins to tell us more about the apparitions. He explains why the timing of her appearances was so significant. Thonhauser shares whether there is a message for the faithful in this day and age, 75 years after the apparitions.
