LONDON’S KOREATOWN 🇰🇷 South Korean Food Tour + Eating Raw Marinated Crab in New Malden 🦀

Vlogmas 2022 (Day Four): Food tour around Koreatown in London! I finally found Korean raw marinated crab in London! After weeks of seeing gejang (fermented crab condiment) go viral with roe, rice and gim (roasted seaweed strips) and salivating over the food – I searched around to find a restaurant that served this dish and VOILA!

JIN GO GAE in Rayne's Park/New Malden is a popular Korean restaurant situation just off from Korea Town. It took us 2 hours in total to get there from our zone 2 flat in London (thanks to Saturday traffic delays) but IT WAS SO WORTH IT.

Access via South Wimbledon station (and take the 131 bus to Kingston and stop off at Shannon Corner/Cavendish Avenue), via Rayne's Park or New Malden station.

Yangnyeom chikin - Korean fried chicken drizzled in sweet, chilli sauce - £9.90 for half

Maesil-ju - Sweet green plum wine - £12
