GIANT HEELS...How NOT to do HIGH HEELS

One of the internets biggest pet peeves of Meghan Markle is the GIANT high heels she wears, which contribute to her trademark Markle Lurch, poor posture and overall awkward stance. There's been many an article written about this very thing as everybody and their mom noticed #meghanmarkle wears high heels that are at least two sizes too big much of the time. A fashion expert explained this away, but I disagree, strongly.
Today we are deep diving that mess but also talking about how to wear high heels the right way. What size to buy, how to get a good fit and what helps make high heels fit well. The big question with heels is always: Should you size up? I'm answering that as well as giving you tips on how to walk properly and keep good posture. Let's debunk some common high-heel myths and misconceptions today.
