NetSuite’s case management feature comes bundled with every NetSuite account. As an integrated part of your system, it allows your customer service team access to the information they need to help support your customers. Also, you can choose to create a customer portal which will allow your customers to access the information they need whenever they want.

Join Michelle Cronje, our own support team leader who will take you through the features of case management in NetSuite, how to use it, and the customer insights you can obtain.

We will be covering features such as Defining your rules, using emails for case capture, setting up cases online, managing, closing and escalating cases, and monitoring the team’s performance.
