This week Zeek makes something that he learned back in 1999! A long time ago an unknown chef appeared on tv on an interesting, fresh new show called "The Naked Chef" YouTube wasn't a thing back then so that is how we got our fix of watching cooking shows :) Anyway, one episode, Jamie did this pineapple thing, and I remember thinking this has to be one of the simplest most delicious things ever. It's the kind of recipe that makes you go "why didn't I think of this?!", just 3 ingredients and what a punch of flavor those 3 make! I have made this recipe for years and years, and honestly, have never come across anyone who said to me "oh yeah I know this" and EVERYONE, no exceptions has loved it!!!
So many awesome memories with this dish, so thank you from the bottom of my heart Jamie Oliver👊

Ingredients:
Pineapple. Smell it pluck out a leaf or two.
Fresh Mint Leaves
Sugar
Cinnamon
Lemon
