I am facing an issue while trying to complete the eSign process on the Groww app. Here are the details of the problem:

1. When I attempt to eSign, I am unable to receive the OTP or complete the process successfully.


2. My Aadhaar-linked mobile number is active, and I have a stable internet connection.


3. I have tried multiple times but still couldn't resolve the issue.



Please guide me on how to fix this or let me know if there is any technical issue with the eSign portal. I am unable to proceed further with my account setup due to this.
