Nio is probably my favorite 150 uncap given what I've seen of others, and the current comp shows all of her strengths :
Good team buffing, especially the amplify and crit buffs are very good, especially considering high def enemies, her sk4 is extremely powerful if it lines up well with Naru's CDs.
Excellent debuffing with her local ATK/DEF down that caps with mist, DA/TA down on ougi and Charm. The ATK/DEF down will not have 100% uptime, but it should be good enough for most raids.
Good team protection with her shield and 20% damage reduction
Pretty decent self damage, with her 10% own permanent echo, high ougi cap, and transcendence EMP.
It becomes even more obscene at 150 since the team buffs cannot be dispelled anymore (which is a current huge weakness of wind teams as they don't have a lot of undispellable buffs), and the 10% cap up for the team is amazing as well.

Now it's not exactly a perfect strike for her, as there are still a few things you can nitpick about her kits that are unavoidable :
Lots of redundant stuff with Valentines Grimnir (Keen, local ATK down, team shields)
The crit buff does not stack with Narmaya's own (not a huge problem though)
Doesn't provide veil or dispel, and makes it necessary for MC to bring those depending on the raid, which limits your options.
Coma is still super niche and only lands in raid where it's not relevant to begin with.

She's still a perfect fit in my magna grid, and fully deserving of getting to 150 first.

About the grid :
The grid is quite special and has been optimized with the new crit merge. It allows me to use Evanescence FLB as a main hand (perhaps the best Relic Buster main hand for wind at the moment), while still boasting a 99% crit rate. Do note that the calculator doesn't include crit in the estimated damage if you don't have 100% crit, but it's pretty much as if in my case.

It definitely isn't a F2P grid, as it requires a total of 6 bars to optimize, but I don't think its performances are too far from what a double Zeph grid can offer in terms of auto attacking strength and raw damage, however it will of course lack the flexibility zeph provides with Garrisson, sentence... But that Tiamat grid variant has actually pretty high HP, and isn't as reliant on stamina to deal damage which is definitely a plus to consider.
