Use this for the achievement "Special Delivery"

For some unknown reason, it would not upload my HQ file, so I put this one on and it worked.

Use a better boat than I did, I had to make a new profile so I could see the packages, and used the worst boat.

Let me know if it helps, if you like it, if I should do more, or if I am just wasting my time.
