Singapore Hospice Council - What Does It Mean To Live And Leave Well?

This is a combination of 3 videos produced by a group of Republic Polytechnic students in the Diploma in Media Production & Design for their Final-Year-Project in 2019/2020, as part of Singapore Hospice Council's (SHC) efforts to raise awareness on palliative care and encourage end-of-life care planning.

1. "Teens React: Friend's Eulogy" shows a group of teenagers’ reactions to Shermaine’s eulogy, written in the context of her being diagnosed with terminal illness and eventually passed on.

2. "How I Survive" interviews Ms Alexis Yang, creator of "Time Of My Life: Past Perfect, The Journal of Self-Discovery", SHC's end-of-life care planning resource. She tells us more about the Journal and how palliative care has supported her in her chronic illness.

3. "Living With Cancer" interviews Mr Larry Toh, photographer of SHC's Lend Your Instagram Campaign. He shares his volunteering experience with SHC and living with terminal illness.
