Calculating the Best Ignite Skill - Warchief Ignite Showcase [PoE 3.21]

Before diving into the crazy builds made possible in 3.21, Crucible league, we take a deep dive into my method for automatically determining the most powerful ignite spell, and my Warchief Ignite Elementalist league starter. Totem explosions prove to be far too powerful, and beat the previous strongest spell's DPS by 4 times, hitting the DoT cap on uber bosses. Even if you don't want to use the optimal spell, the resulting numbers reveal a variety of viable off-meta ignite spells to have fun with.
