The best treatment for acne scars depends on the type and severity of the scars, as well as the individual’s skin type and skin condition.

1️⃣ Laser resurfacing: Laser treatments like the Picosure and MOXI laser reduce the appearance of acne scars by remodeling scar tissue and promoting collagen production. They also help with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and erythema.
2️⃣ Radiofrequency Microneedling like the SecretDuo: Fine gold plated needles that emit radiofrequency energy help to remodel scar tissue and stimulate collagen production
3️⃣ Subcision with collagen stimulator, skinbooster with polynucleotide, or dermal fillers. They can be injected into acne scars to help smooth out the skin’s texture and reduce the appearance of scars. Subcision is when we use a needle to break down the scar tissue that’s tethering the skin down (causing these depressed scars) so that the skin can finally level up.
