Adani Hindenburg Row : Hearing begins In Supreme Court; SEBI Seeks More Time From SC

The Adani-Hindenburg case hearing has started at the Supreme Court today. SEBI has sought for extension in the case considering the complexity of the matter. SEBI insisted for 6 months extension as it is a very complex issue but the Supreme Court observed that 3-month extension for SEBI may be considered. Earlier the panel was formed by the SC seeking the enquiry over row and today was the first day of hearing after the panel was formed. The next hearing will be held on May 15.
