Bonnie shares her experience with girls in Daliang Shan, where poverty and traditional gender roles heavily shape their lives. She contrasts her own freedoms, like expressing herself through music and bold fashion choices, with the limited opportunities and rigid expectations faced by these girls. Bonnie urges her peers to recognize the importance of quality education, genuine charity, and the need to challenge societal norms that restrict girls' potential, highlighting how we can all contribute to meaningful change. She is a high school student passionate about art and original music production, as well as an astute social observer with a unique insight into social phenomena and controversial issues in life. She uses artistic methods in her paintings and music to present these complex themes in a multifaceted and romanticized way.
