✨HOT MILK CAKE✨
Measurement cup : 200 ml
Ingredients :
Milk - 1 cup
Salted butter - 1/4th cup
Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
Powdered/Caster sugar - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Custard powder/Cornflour - 1/4th cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

🔶Flavourful Tips:
-All the ingredients used should be in room temperature
-If you find the cake batter thick, 1-2 tbsp milk can be used the adjust the consistency.
Don't over-beat the cake batter as it will result in a dense cake.
-Jaggery powder can be used for healthy alternative.
-For perfect slices, cut the cake after it is cooled completely
