I'm in San Francisco, CA for this video where I get to see one of my favorite friends Joe! After our hang out I wound up having a pretty deep conversation on friendship with you. I discuss what the word means, what you should expect from a friend, "fake friends," and why I'm not in the market for new friends.

I hope it encourages you to expect the BEST from your friends (while still allowing them to be human) and to invite the people who support you into your life, and to not hesitate to restrict access to your energy from those who don't.
