Mother of man shot to death outside of Downtown Memphis hotel speaks out

The mother of Shaun Rhea, who was shot and killed earlier this month outside of a Downtown Memphis hotel, spoke to FOX13 about her son's life, his struggle with addiction and the family he left behind.

“When he started falling, he had left his home and sold everything, and he ended up at the homeless campground there,” Belinda Tipton told FOX13.
