Dessert Nacho Recipe
Ingredients:

2 Large Burrito size flour tortillas
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Melt the butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar together in a pan. Let boil one minute without stirring. BE CAREFUL MIXTURE IS SUPER HOT AND STICKY. Brush melted sugar mixture over the 2 tortillas. Cut them into 8 triangles. Place on parchment lined sided cookie tray. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool before removing from tray.

Chocolate Sauce
1/3 cup cooa
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tablespoon butter
Sift together cocoa and sugar in a pot
Add milk
Wisk together until mixtures boils.
Carefully continue wisking and allowing mixture to boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tablespoon butter
Allow sauce to cool and thicken

When tortillas are done baking allow them to cool
Arrange on a plate and layer with approx. 3/4 cup of mixed berries/fruit
Drizzle with cooled chocolate sauce and add a dollop of whipped cream!
