Running My G-Scales Trains First Time In My Driveway on 4-20-24 - I wanted to try running my trains at home and outside so I bought some track to give it a try! What a learning experience! I don't think I had enough power wires running to the track because I couldn't run more than two locomotives at one time. If I put a third engine on the Bridgewerks 20-AMP transformer would overload! So, I'm hoping next time by adding more power wires I'll be able to run 6 Dash-9's like I wanted too! I also learned another important thing........... get "split jaw rail clamps"! It was such a pain and I spent too long of time trying to get the tracks together and not cutting myself! So, I will be buying the clamps before the next train run!
