FULL RECIPE FOR CASEAR DRESSING👇🏼
Ingredients:
• ½ cup mayonnaise (or ¼ cup mayonnaise + ¼ cup Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 anchovy fillets (or 1 tsp anchovy paste)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and anchovies until well combined.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to create a smooth emulsion.
3. Season with black pepper (and a pinch of salt if needed).
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
