Quick East Wall & West Side Garden Tour - Illinois Zone 5 Garden

This is a quick Garden Tour of what's happening around our patio on the east side and a glimpse of what is blooming on the far west side of the house in late spring.

We did our best to identify the plants in this video but if we have made any mistakes, we will revise in the next garden tour video.

Background Plant Info:
Most of the flowerbeds around the home were first created in the spring of 2018 so most of the shrubs were planted early in the spring and summer of 2018. However, a few were planted in the fall of 2018.

A majority of the shrubs were planted from 1 gal. (7-8" / 18-20 cm / 4 L) or 2 gal. (8.5" / 22 cm / 7.5 L) size containers.

This home is located outside of Chicago, Illinois and is considered to be in USDA zone 5b (Illinois Zone 5 Garden).
