I got really bad skin irritation from the initial facial cover foam of Oculus Quest 2. After visiting an urgent care, I got on a 7-day steroid treatment and finally I got my face back.
Meanwhile, I contacted the customer service at Oculus and got a replacement. That experience was surprisingly prompt and hassle free. I was impressed!!
