'Special sets the standard' -- Tilda Swinton and the new S-Class Coupé tell a surreal story, composed by Roe Ethridge and styled by Haider Ackermann.
The mysterious envelops her as mystically as her Haider Ackermann coat. Suspense is reflected in Tilda Swinton's eyes as she makes her way through fog-drenched moors in the new S-Class Coupé. Where is she going in such a hurry? What are these secret assignments, and why are they of such crucial significance? The campaign has been produced by MoMA-featured photographer and director Roe Ethridge. For the styling, the Oscar-winning actress enlisted the support of her long-time companion, the designer Haider Ackermann, while Roe Ethridge got cameraman Andre Chemetoff involved for the shoot in Scotland. Together, they have created a suspenseful photo and film campaign that fires the imagination with subtle allusions in a realm of raw beauty, fascination and unpredictability.
