Vintage and retro are in. I am 69 and I will be racing a 1978 Yamaha YZ400 vintage motocross bike in April. I get why people like vintage. When it comes to a film camera, however, you really have to ask yourself if you will shoot film, get it developed and have it end up as a digital file anyway? Is that worth it? Are you actually willing to go all in on film and setup a black and white darkroom? If you buy a film camera and lenses, will your kit end up like most stationary bikes as well intended but seldom used?
