The color on the A slot is the background color, and B is the accent (the holes we punched) in machine knitting. This pattern can be done in the standard gauge knitting machine too. Refer to the manual for Fair Isle knitting. The buttons are slightly different for Fair Isle color knitting in other knitting machines.
