Catch and Cook : Maine Native Brook Trout In Baxter State (The Fly Crate)

Today I headed out to Baxter state park to catch some salmon and brook trout in some beautiful clear water brooks and streams. Ended up being a great day of fishing so when I got hungry I decided to keep one brook trout for a lunch to take a quick break before heading back out on the water.
