Every town has its culture, Bainet, is unlike any other town in Haiti... one Of the most surprising thing for me, is what they like to eat in Bainet... Breadfruit is life in Bainet... Unlike most places where they either boil the breadfruit and eat is with gravy or mashed it and create what we call FUFU, FOUFOU or TOMTOM, in Bainet, they grill the breadfruit and usually eat it with fish...
