* Control Handles, Rods & Tray - All our units have Aluminum 1/2' Thick Handles that feature a grease fitting, bronze oil-lite bushing, pin eye seal, stainless steel rod, stainless steel control hoods, stainless steel control rods, stainless steel control tray.

*Bed Locks - These bed locks have obvious advantages w/ longer loads. Turning a 19' Bed into a 21' when & if needed by not having to slide the bed all the way forward into its locks.

* Bed Pivot Pins - are simply big nuts & bolts grade 8. Wheel Lift uses our signature 2 Pin System. Also, notice the bronze oil-Lite Bushings 1/4" Thick! Oil is impregnated into the bushing. This translates to a longer service life & less maintenance for you the customer. This makes our unit far superior to the rest of the competition. * Cylinders Pins - Every Cylinder Pin offers a seal. It features the same seal as a hydraulic cylinder has. Otherwise known as the "Wiper Seal". This keeps all dirt and road debris out of the area. * Bed Cross Members - Our beds have cross members that are welded solid to the cross rail or side rail. When cross members cannot move and are welded to this degree, you have the strongest bed that can be made.
Sealing the cross members to the side rails stops any debris or salt from getting inside and rotting from the inside out.
Continuous welds all the way down the side of the bed. Makes this style of bed construction the strongest and toughest on the planet!
