Why is mental health education important?
The world around is does not discuss these issues often and mental health is often stigmatized. My hopes is to provide a better understanding of what mental health looks like both good and bad, so I decided to discuss an issue that plagues me more every single day!

How can I help you?
I am not a mental health professional but currently studying it in hopes to be a counselor one day, but what I can do is listen to your issues and hopefully provide education surrounding the topic! We are live 5 times a week at Noon EST!
