The Winter Lights and a Triumph Bonneville T120 Motorcycle.

The first motorcycle adventure of the new year saw me jumping on board my trusty Triumph Bonneville T120 for a spectacular light show from Mother Nature, then a reasonable light show from Blackpool council on the way home.

It was the second day of the new year and the first day in quite a while that was forecast for dry weather. So I wheeled out the Bonneville and set off for the Trough of Bowland in Lancashire. Although cold and damp, a few minutes by a stream with a warm cup of tea and then a great sunset made the ride worth the effort. Taking a detour on the way home to catch the last night of the Blackpool Illuminations was a nice added extra.

The day wasn't without disaster though, I drowned my drone, one of my GoPro's died and I somehow broke the screw mounting on the bottom of my camera; I'll have to get all those things fixed before the next ride.
