In this video, you'll learn how to create your very own AI-powered voice agent! This cool project will let you make a phone assistant that can answer calls, respond to questions, and even crack jokes—all in real time. We’ll be using Python, OpenAI’s Realtime API, and Twilio to make it happen.

Don’t worry, it’s easier than it sounds! In the past, you had to do a lot of work, like turning speech into text, getting responses, and then turning that back into speech. But now, the OpenAI Realtime API handles all that hard stuff for us.

Here’s what we’ll do:
Set up our coding environment on Replit.
Get an OpenAI API key.
Connect our code to Twilio so we can test everything on a real phone call.
