1. Avoid comparing yourself to others and analyzing situations people or things
2. Stay away from people who suck your energy (Do you feel drained or replenished when around them?)
3. Complain less or not at all! (Am I disadvantaged or am I blessed?)
4. Focus on the present! It’s where all your power is and keeps you relaxed and in the moment. It stops your mind from wondering and overthinking
5. Nourish your ambitions not your fears. Why not feed our future rather than the emotions of the past?

So, get in alignment or “in the vortex” and then… (fill in the blank). This is how you secure your vibe for as long as you can all day. By getting out ahead of it you secure your higher states of emotion regardless of what’s going on around you. You become so steady in who you are, all of those petty things aren’t even a blip on your radar.
